When will my order be shipped?

Orders shipped directly from StanchionExperts.com will be shipped within 1 business day.

Orders shipped from QueueMaster, SafetyMaster and WallMaster will ship the same day if ordered by 12:00 PM EST, and within 24 hours if ordered after that time.

All products will generally ship within 3 business days.

Custom orders may take longer, so please call 877-803-1483 for shipping times on all custom orders. 

How much is shipping?

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

What is the standard method of shipping?

 Our standard method of shipping is UPS Ground.  UPS picks up and delivers on business days.  Expedited services are available for an additional fee.

What if my order was shipped to the incorrect address?

Orders with incorrect shipping information may incur additional shipping costs.  Please ensure that the shipping address is accurate and complete, including any suite number, room number, apartment number or specific information.   If applicable, please include business name and attention to information. 

Will alternate carriers be used?

We reserve the right to select an alternative carrier.

Is international shipping available?

We do ship internationally. Call 877-803-1483 for a shipping quote.  Please note that free shipping, when offered, only applies to the lower 48 states and cannot be applied for international shipping.

Is shipping to Hawaii and Alaska available?
